Weather Policy

Weather policy:
Light rain is not a problem for inshore charters. Offshore charters is captains discretion. Lightning is not safe for inshore or offshore due to that we will be the highest point on the water. If you have booked a charter and mother nature doesn't allow us to go on the water your deposit will be refunded. Another option is the deposit can be used for another booking date.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:
No shows, your deposit will be forfeited. 48 hours in advance cancellation will be used for any future trip.

General Deposit policy: All other deposits will be returned.
